Family Caregiver Program Activities Include:

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Medication Reminders

  • Coordinating medical appointments

  • Driving to medical appointments

  • Cooking (to meet your loved one’s dietary needs as it relates to their approved condition(s))
